Hey {{first_name}},

Hope your Tuesday is going well! Here’s a look at how the homeschool edition of Type the Word helps your kids learn to type.

How does TTW teach touch typing?

Type the Word introduces children to the keyboard a few keys at a time.

Dexterity challenges give children practice pressing each new key and learning each key’s location on the keyboard.

Hand animations show them which finger to use and how to press each key.

And once they’ve learn a few keys, Scribe mode helps them start typing Scripture with the keys they know.

How can you see their progress over time?

Each week, they’ll be prompted to take a typing speed test, giving you a benchmark for their typing speed.

You’ll also receive clear email updates so you can see how often they’re typing and how their skills are improving.

How will you access your child’s account?

The last thing I’m excited to share is that your kids’ accounts are created within and connected to your account, so they don’t need email addresses. All communication comes to your email, and you can easily switch between your children’s accounts.

At this point, I’d love to hear from you! What are you curious to know about the upcoming homeschool edition? Reply with your questions—I’m here to help!

In Christ,
Josh

P.S. I could use your input as I’m thinking through pricing and how gamification will work, if you could take a few minutes to share your thoughts in this Google Form that would be immensely helpful: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeeCgw0030OdGiLo_L9dVzSnr-IAfg7KBCK9F-AtboulSb0-g/viewform?usp=publish-editor
